Do you use AI?
No, and I have a contract we will both sign that guarantees it. If I discover you are using AI on my designs, the contract will be considered void and we will not work together again in future.
Do you require a deposit to book?
I require a 50% deposit to hold any booking.
What does a custom appointment with you look like?
I book on a per-day basis, so treat it like a one to three day hair appointment instead of an estimate on when I will start. I will reach out the day of (or a day before depending on how my week is going) to get started. I will message you as I go, sending you examples, asking questions, and making sure we are on the right track. I need you to be semi-available on the day(s) we are booked to make sure we will finish on time!
What happens if I decide I don't like it half way through?
Not a problem! You get one major change per design, which constitutes me starting over from scratch. If you need me to restart a second time, my hourly rate of $25 per hour kicks in from there on out. (Small changes are always expected and do not normally cause the hourly rate to kick in.)
